Bumble | Snowfall For Me

Side Label took the leap from Austin to Brooklyn to work with Bumble in creating a snowball fight proposal within a sound stage, all within a single day. Pre-production kept an emphasis on materials that would transport quickly and be easy to setup, we decided to create a mountain scape using fold-able wooden pieces. To top it off, snow sprayed trees were lit with small lights and china balls which set the scene for a wild snowball fight between the couple and their friends and family, who rolled up fake snowballs for hours before the fight!

Capturing an authentic reaction, from our unsuspecting fiancé to-be, was made possible by multiple hidden cameras, as well as plant mics hanging from the ceiling and in select trees.

It took extreme precision and efficiency from our entire crew throughout the project, and along-side Preacher, we were successfully able to transform the space into a winter wonderland for the special moment. This fast paced production, was thrilling and we look forward to future collaborations with Bumble as they continue to expand their brand.
